Welcome to Chester Baptist Preschool. We have been serving children in the Chester and surrounding areas for over 30 years.  We offer classes for children ages 3, 4 and children who turn 5 after September 30th.

Open for Ages 3 through 5!

Monday - Thursday: 9:30am-1:00pm

Our three year old program provides social and educational experiences for children who have not turned 4 by September 30th.  Children in our 3 year old classes will be working on social/emotional skills, as well as academics. Play time is an important part of their learning process.  This is all provided by loving teachers who guide and instruct students in a Christ centered environment.
Our four/five year old program provides children the opportunity to prepare for kindergarten in a fun, loving and safe environment. Our teachers are committed to providing dynamic experiences that will keep your child engaged and wanting to return day after day.  Along with academics, 4 year old classes are working on their social and emotional skills, as well as self help skills to foster the independence they will need when entering kindergarten.
All Chester Baptist Preschool classes start at 9:30am and pick up is by 1:00pm Monday through Thursday.
Our 2023-2024 school year will begin on August 28, 2023.

STEAM Lab

We are excited to announce that all classes will have the opportunity to attend a STEAM class in our new STEAM lab. Our future scientists will have so much fun exploring the world around them that God has created.

Dynamic and Educational

Our preschool program provides a dynamic and exciting environment for your child to start their educational career.  All classes attend Music class.

Field Trips Galore!

We know that learning can take place not only in a classroom, but outside of it as well.  We love to plan field trips for our students to explore and learning about the world around them.  In the past we have had field trips to the pumpkin patch and dairy farm, Richmond Metro Zoo, Post Office, Chick-Fil-A and museums.

Registration Process

Chester Baptist Preschool is currently registering for the fall 2023-2024 school year. Our school year kicks off  August 28, 2023.  

Step One

Once you are ready to register your child, please complete the online registration form.

Step Two

Once you have completed the online registration process, you will have the option of being emailed an invoice to pay with your credit card. This will reserve your child's spot.  Or, if you would like to utilize another form of payment, please contact the Director for assistance.

Step Three

The next step in our registration process is to take the State Health Form to your child's pediatrician and have them fill it out and attach your child's shot records.

Step Four

The final step is to set up an appointment with the Director to bring your child's original birth certificate and completed State Health Form to the preschool. Our Director must make a copy of your child's birth certificate from an original, no copies can be accepted per the Commonwealth of Virginia.
